Aneeshka Vyas BScKin (Hon), MScPT
Registered Physiotherapist
Aneeshka is a physiotherapist who’s passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger in their bodies. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences.
With clinical experience across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and private practice, Aneeshka has treated a broad spectrum of conditions—from long-standing neurological issues to acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Her treatment approach blends active rehabilitation with manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to address pain, restore movement, and correct underlying imbalances.
Aneeshka is a strong believer in working with her patients, not just treating them. She makes it a priority to listen closely, set meaningful goals together, and explain what’s happening in the body in a clear, approachable way. Her aim is to make sure every patient feels informed, empowered, and like an equal partner in their recovery.
She’s also a rostered Pelvic Health Therapist, supporting people through conditions like incontinence and prolapse, along with providing labour and delivery preparation. Her approach is inclusive, gentle, and trauma-informed, creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and supported.
As a runner herself, Aneeshka has completed several post-graduate courses focused on running injuries and leads the clinic’s Treadmill Running Analysis and Running Assessment Programs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, an experienced runner looking to fine-tune your stride, or a beginner getting started, she offers detailed insights and tailored strategies to help you run with more ease and confidence.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking, running, or exploring the city—always on the lookout for the best trails and dessert spots. Feel free to share your favourites!
